We hereby inform that amounting to a sum of dozen million PLN, two-steps sale transaction of ground plots located at Bieńczycka St. in Krakow, to the development company from Murapol S.A.'s group, was successfully completed.
The Seller, which name - due to the anonymity's objection - will not be made public, was represented by the Rapala Law Office. The legal team led by attorney Krzysztof Rąpała, supported the Seller during both stages of the transaction: the first one ended in October 2014 and the second one ended recently.
