Omni Running, a Polish manufacturer of supplements for runners, has acquired its first external individual investor. The Rąpała Law Firm team was responsible for supporting the process.
Omni Running is a Polish manufacturer of supplements for runners. The company was founded in 2020 by Marcin Lewandowski and Piotr Pawelec. Their products have been quickly appreciated by the running community. Few months after the release, Decathlon became their only wholesale distributor.
So far, the company has been financed from the founders' own funds and profits from sales. In February this year the first external individual investor joined the group of shareholders. The following team was responsible for supporting the transaction in terms of preparing investment documentation and Due Diligence: Krzysztof Rąpała (legal advisor), Sebastian Kozłowski (legal advisor), Anna Mierzwiak (attorney).
