RĄPAŁA law firm was a legal advisor to NC3 Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k. in the case of a financing transaction granted by Bank Santander Bank Polska S.A. The aim was to refinance the loan for the construction and commercialization of the NC3 office building located in Warsaw at Postępu 14 St.
The NC3 belongs to the international capital group Europejskie Centrum Inwestycyjne (ECI SA), which operates on the Polish market since 1996 and specializes in the field of high-class office buildings in strategic locations in Warsaw, complex logistic and industrial bases.
RĄPAŁA law firm was responsible for the legal support of the entire process, including negotiating financing documentation, loan agreement and all of the security and repayment documents for the previous lender. Law firm's team represented the client during the finalization of the contract with Bank Santander Bank Polska S.A. as well as was responsible for meeting the conditions necessary to activate the refinanced loan.
