Marsa Park II from the ECI Group finalized sale of the commercial building at Marsa St. in Warsaw to Leroy Merlin. This is another transaction handled by Rąpała law firm regarding this property.
In mid-2019, Rąpała law firm was responsible for comprehensive support of the lease agreement between the ECI Group and Leroy Merlin, thanks to which a new Leroy Merlin market was opened at Marsa Street in Warsaw.
At the end of 2021, as a result of another transaction between the parties, the commercial building at Marsa Street in Warsaw was sold to Leroy Merlin Polska.
