Zorro Delivery, which develops a quick commerce platform called Lisek.app, has a new investor, Manta Ray VC fund. Rąpała's team provided Zorro Delivery with the support of the investment process.
Lisek.app, owned by Zorro Delivery is a mobile application for the quick commerce which is a trend appeared as a result of the COVID pandemic outbreak. The service is currently available in Warsaw and Krakow.
VC Manta Ray tech fund, which is the new investor of the company, have been founded by Sebastian Kulczyk. Their portfolio consists of successful global tech companies with Polish roots such as Booksy or Brainly.
The legal team that represented Zorro Delivery in the negotiations and closing consisted of Krzysztof Rąpała and Karolina Materka.
