On 25 March 2015, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Grupa Nokaut S.A. with its registered office in Gdynia appointed attorney Krzysztof Rąpała to the Company’s Supervisory Board.

Grupa Nokaut S.A. is the leader of the Poland’s e-commerce sector and the first online price comparison service provider listed on the Stock Exchange in Warsaw (WIG index).
