    Rapala Law Firm advised TK-BUD Group in sale of 100% shares in Telkom- Telos S.A. with its head office in Cracow, to „Telvis” Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowo- Produkcyjne Sp. z o.o. with its head office in Katowice. 

    As a result Telkom- Telos S.A. left TK-Bud Group after two years of its acquisition. The value of the transaction was several milions of zlotys. Telkom - Telos Joint S.A. is the leader in producing devices for the telecomunication industry.
