    RĄPAŁA Law Firm advised Internet Ventures in RemoteMyApp's investment

    RĄPAŁA Law Firm advised the investment fund under the business name: "Internet Ventures FIZ" from MCI Group in the venture capital transaction, associated with an investment in the RemoteMyApp Sp. z o.o. (limited company).

    RemoteMyapp uses ground-breaking technology to stream multimedia content (games, video, applications, music) from PCs to smartphones. The investment in the project may reach PLN 6 million.
    The legal team led by attorney Krzysztof Rąpała, included among others Martyna Zybert and Agnieszka Dancewicz, supported the MCI during the Prowly.com's due diligence audit, drafting of transaction documentation as well as during the whole negotiation process.
