RĄPAŁA Law Firm advised the investment fund under the business name: "Internet Ventures FIZ" from MCI Group in the joint venture transaction, associated with an investment in the Sidly Sp. z o.o. (limited company), leading manufacturer and supplier of advanced equipment and systems for medical telematics.
Sidly’s business activity is focused on the development of technology, production and sale of the device which allows a remote medical diagnostics. This transaction was completed with the participation of the National Capital Fund, which finances the investment together with MCI. The legal team led by attorney Krzysztof Rąpała, included Martyna Zybert and Agnieszka Dancewicz, supported the MCI during the Sidly's due diligence audit, drafting of transaction documentation as well as during the whole negotiation process.
